1:1 Virtual Energy Medicine Session

What will your session look like? The short answer is that every session is unique and tailored to exactly where you are—right now. And now for the longer answer:
I use what you share on our intake form as a starting point, and from there we go where your higher self wants us to go. I look at your energy field to see what wants to be known, i.e., where are there irregularities and why are they there? We’ll then work through what comes up—together. As we delve into this subtle world, the story that is ready to be told will unfold, piece by piece. We may laugh, we may cry, and all of it is perfect and exactly what is needed.

As we move through this process, I’ll give you guidance in support of what you are working through. This support might be in the form of energy-balancing exercises, affirmations to use, or suggestions for supportive meditations. Work after the session is an important part of the healing process—but don’t fret—you can go at your own pace, so no pressure if you aren’t feeling it on any given day (or week)!

We’ll conclude the session with a delivery of the SBL frequency into all 7 in-body energy centers (chakras), as well as any additional areas that were identified during the session. The SBL frequency will also be infused into every cell of your body—to jump start your body’s natural ability to heal itself, physically, emotionally, and energetically. And after the session, if questions arise, I’ll be here to answer them.

With this offering, I will perform the session without a real-time interaction with the client.

Thoughts, intentions, and healing frequencies can be transmitted across space and time, just like Wi-Fi frequencies. All that’s required is your consent and openness—the work unfolds in alignment with you.

Once you book a remote session, I’ll contact you to determine your preferences for when I carry out the session. Like the face-to-face virtual session, I’ll use your responses on our client intake form as a starting point. From there, I tune in and see where your higher self leads me. I look at your energy field to see what wants to be known, i.e., where are there irregularities and why are they there? As information comes in, I’ll take thorough notes so that I can provide you with a detailed report—delivered to you via email. In addition to the “findings”, the report will also provide guidance on supporting activities that you can carry out to enhance your growth and healing—activities such as energy balancing exercises, meditations, or affirmations.
